
To book your session, first send an email notification of your request for an appointment. You will receive a response within 2 business days. If you are only requesting information or a free consultation over the phone, there is no charge. If you make an appointment, you will be directed to this page in order to RETAIN the appointment; that is to say, make a down-payment/deposit for the session. This is a necessary step in my "smart business practice" since I have encountered people who don't follow through after they schedule an appointment with me. After I have set time aside in my schedule for them, no one else can book an appointment for that time. Of course, a client can change their mind, decide they don't want the services and those people will receive a refund as long as they cancel at least 24 hours before their scheduled session. If a NO SHOW occurs, the deposit of $25 is forfeited. If the appointment is kept, your $25 deposit goes toward the balance of your session fee(s).
