TO EMPLOYERS: I will work together with your Human Resources staff to produce training seminars, workshops and even conventions, if feasible. I am only limited by my budget, not my imagination. I have worked with some local companies and businesses as part of a network of healthcare educators and providers, in an effort to increase the health and well-being of the valuable employee and their indispensable contribution to their workplace.
For example, LECTRUS did a series of Health & Wellness seminars for their employees who wanted to stop smoking and/or lose weight, after reviewing research which supported the idea that, "A Healthy Employee is a Happy Employee = A Happy Employee is Productive." In other words, they got more quality work done in a shorter amount of time; there were less workers out sick; less on-the-job accidents; more camaraderie
between workers; better relations with management; increased loyalty to the company/brand; longer retention of workers with less turn-over; etc.
The company incentive for attending these seminars included a discount on their health insurance, taking a paid break during their workday (with snacks and drinks available during the class) and for any employee who wanted to purchase a hypnotherapy session with me, the company paid half the fee! There may have been door prizes for showing up, as well.

This is my most challenging and creative, far-reaching branch of Hypnotherapy Works! Services. I am very excited about this consulting aspect of my business, mainly because my business is about creating success stories for people, who in turn share their stories of hope and change with others, inspiring family, friends, co-workers and colleagues around them to kick it up a notch and be GREAT at whatever they do, not just settle with mediocrity.
